Solution Bundling & Biometrics
For this project, I collaborated closely with the product team to define the project scope in its initial phases. My role involved translating early-phase requirements into designs that accelerated the development of the vision, clarified the scope, and secured stakeholder buy-in for the project.
Solution Builder
Created mockups to support the development of a questionnaire designed to guide users toward the right solution for their needs. Collaborated with the research team and product team in a workshop to refine the questions, with my designs serving as visual aids to align the team’s vision.
Biometric Payments
Designed mockups to support the kiosk interface for biometric payments. Collaborated with the UX researcher to identify pain points and security considerations for biometrics, which enabled the product team to better estimate the project scope and future requirements.
Key Learnings
As a designer, it’s essential to play a pivotal role in partnering with product teams to help shape requirements during the early stages of a project. Rapid prototyping is key to visualizing the future state and identifying the work needed for successful execution.
